All the disadvantages of this project High density project No green space area This property is sold out because they want to show that SS cendana is hyped and just to lure end- users for their hard earned money Actual reality is most of the flats are purchased by builder's acquaintances and hence they are booking their profit by selling further out ...by dealing in cash....

    I have heard from some people in groups that Ganga Reality is demanding installment in affordable sector 5 even when construction is not completed and the banks have denied to disbursement the amount. People are saying Ganga Reality doing unprofessional practice and against Rera and TCP. CRM team also not responding.

      Yes you heard right As per construction link payment plan builder started their work on complete product and har tower ka construction alag alag floors par pahuncha hai kisi ka 8th and kisi ka 4th floor par And they raise demand as per their payment plans and bank ne pahle deny jarur kiya tha jinka tower construction kam floors tak pahuncha tha but as per rera rules after some meetings and discussions maximum banks has agreed and then complete disbursement has been done as per builder’s demand even SBI has approved the same. Now no issue with banks over their tathaastu property in sohna

    It's not Desert Safari. Gurgaon mein koi Desert nahi hai. Its proposed Wild-Life Safari or Leopard Trail. Idea acha hai. Lekin banega nahin. Land mein Bahut se Gaon hain aur Encroachments hai. Land Acquisition India mein 10-15 Saal Ka project hai. Check History of Dwarka Expressway.
