Unlock the Secrets of Espresso Extraction with 🔥BOOKOO Espresso Monitor Kit
Someone asked a question on your dedicated UA-cam channel and you don't even answer??? No link to purchase this item, no further information about it....beginning to think that this company is not worth it.
Do not buy from this company as my order is pending for one week, there is no customer service replying even in email and there is no phone number. I will report about their website

I’m doing the install. This video is the only instructional I can find. I was impressed with the scale. The espresso monitor similarly was packaged very well and looks like top-notch kit. The tee and gauge however arrived rattling around in the box, unsecure. It doesn’t look incredibly complicated. I followed along with the video. It looks right. There is a bit of hangup from the metal tube rubbing against the inside of body now. That’s new. Now to pull a shot and sync the pressure monitor.
lol, with this equipment you made a channeling 😮
At what point did it show it channeling? He was using low flow, which isn’t going to generate one even stream
No thanks, I would like to keep my Robot tech free.
im hesitating too, i need to update my espresso skills, i thinh the tee and the pressure gauge seems good without the sensor, the scale seems good.
@@lazyac_ does the tee splitter work without the sensor? would mean that the dedicated hole for the sensor should be able to be closed properly...the pictures on the bookoo site don't show much.
@@rudolfkueste i want to know also, i want the tee spliter without the sensor. If you know tell me. maybe we have to ask bookoo support.
@@lazyac_ I sent them an email. I'll let you know the response. I mean, it surely is possible to use a blind screw to close the hole for the sensor. In the best case, it is included.
I got the Tee and Gauge today. There is no plug for the hole where the BLE sensor is supposed to go. I had to get a 1/8” plug from my hardware store.
is the cover/extension put at the end come with the scale? i could find any information about it on the website. didn't see anywhere to buy it as well
Same question, I'd consider this scale because I mainly do single cups of espresso, but I'd like to have the room for placing 2 cups occasionnaly
@PAD32 they emailed me telling that's an open source 3d printing but so far I cannot find it
@@ripperdeath91 ok thanks !
when turning off the scale, there is a bar value display. What does it mean?
Hello @BooKoo Coffee, i am interested in your Kit for E61 machines. The problem is i think i am not getting what the BooKoo EM can do. So it tracks your parameters during the shot via bluetooth to an App. Got that. My question is: is it also capable to work as a volumetric device stopping the shot at a certain weight in the cup? Thanks Guys!
Honest question, why would I use the Beanconqueror app over the bookoo app?
can you import or use other pressure profile graph in this apps? so you can follow others recipe?
@@lukedeauxilium Yes. There is a preset part in the app. You can set curve there. And there are some classic curves in the [history- recommend] part. Click the eye icon to follow.
Thanks BooKoo! You guys have an awesome product and it's great that you are open to having it used with other people's software! I'm so happy that I've chosen to upgrade my Lelie Bianca with your gear :)
Strange demo. Its main strength is being able to use flow control which wasn’t shown.
Does the DE1 get the real time output measurements via Bluetooth now?
Is there a way to get that but keep an analog pressure gauge as well?
Yes. You can use a splitter to connect an analog gauge and the pressure sensor at the same time. Pressensor have these on their website so I assume Bookoo have something similar.
where is it sold
That pop is the last thing I want to happen when tamping
Why? This is a characteristic of the Impact/Force Tamper. Could u plz share ideas? Let me see what I can do.
@ I appreciate the response, but to be honest, I’m probably not the intended customer (although I’ll still give it a try). I have nice tampers and some 3d printed ones because I do fine with all of them. That said, I would be concerned about this disrupting the puck. When tamping, most of my control is through the tamp itself with my off hand just steering/balancing the portafilter. in my practice, I imagine I’d get a little bounce. My comment was more of a reaction to my style. Reading more online, there are several people like me that imagine an issue but few that have experienced any with similar style tampers.
@@BooKooCoffee I think the poping of force tamper has been known to disturb the coffee bed and create channeling. I think lance Hendrik spoke about this once. Non loaded self-levelling tamps are my favourite
@@BooKooCoffeereceived it. Can confirm that I’m not a fan. Any easy way to get rid of the pop?
Make a slightly larger one for pour overs :)
When will we see reviews

Sad life
The irony
@@ChilledRedPanda irony is a cruel twist of fate, i said sad life because it takes one to know one
I need that mini vacuum! What kind is it and where did you find it?
Great stuff! I've ordered one too. Will it be possible with the app to preload with data from classic machines with 'must have' profiles and show them under my brewing?! (so I can reproduce them)
@@multioptipupiloptomy We have a reference curve feature, allowing you to follow the curve during extraction. You can customize some curves in the preset section of the app, and you can also view two classic curves “levaX” and “9barista” in the history section, as well as your own historical curves. Then, by clicking on the little eye icon in the upper right corner of the app, that curve will be set as the background reference curve for use during extraction.
@@multioptipupiloptomy If you want preload some data, I’d suggest you try the preset feature.
@@BooKooCoffee thanks a bunch! I'll try it out.
🚀 Mind-blowing! This video is a game-changer! 🌟 The creativity and energy are off the charts! 🎨✨ Can’t believe how much talent is packed into such a short clip. 😲🔥 Keep up the amazing work!

Did your tamper just meow?
I heard that too 😂
Top! Does it work with the Cafelat Robot?
@@markn.7785 We will release accessories suitable for the Cafelat Robot soon, so that this kit can be used.
@@BooKooCoffee That sounds awesome! Are you potentially interested in working with a retailer in Europe? I know someone that sells flair machine and I know he would probably love this. That would also mean that I could save myself massive shipping headaches :)
Yes please!!
I want😂
cool😍😍😍
Great video, and looking forward to receiving mine. Question - what y-splitter are you using on the Flair 58, and where can I buy it from? Thanks
Thx for your appreciation. That is our T-splitter, along with our pressure gauge, expected to be launched this month.
@@BooKooCoffee - that's brilliant! I look forward to the launch of the t-splitter later this month!
@@BooKooCoffee nice been searching for that one can you provide the link?or the name please much appreciated
Tips: 1. The flow calculcation could be deactivated for espresso - choosable in the Beanconqueror App's settings 2. Activate the "Espresso Auto Stop" action in Settings - Bluetooth Scale - Espresso - Automatically stop brew 3. Activate the "Espresso Auto Start" action available in Settings - Pressure Devices - Start Timer with predefined pressure 4. On the Add Brew page, you can preset a chart based on a pressure curve and then follow it
Regarding number 1. Are you saying it "could" be or "should" be deactivated for espresso?
how do you get the wdt tool to start?
