I apologize for making this comment beforehand, but you are clearly a beginner and just scratching the surface of what robotics can actually do in a factory environment. READ the manuals. Learn PLC's, VFD's and Solenoid inputs, outputs, compressed air routing and water cooling if needed. Good job on the jogging though!

Hi Kaiqiao, that's for the demo. Great work man. Could you please tell me how you are reading the data from Lidar in real time which you are fusing with camera. Is it only RVIZ or some other script you are using to feed data to your camera program?
I'll wait for V2.0 that besides finding rusty nails, belt buckles and pull tabs it would also dig them out of the ground. 😉

Great video! What do you think of an indoor autonomous robot and it's sensors? Is it possible to do it only with cameras (vslam) and ultra sonic sensors or TOF? If it will be following a person and does obstacle avoidance well?

Well just to add up to your information stereo camera setup can generate Information of distance/depth.. for very bright and low lights an IR comaera stereo setup solves the problem
