At pubs / bars you order at the bar, including food. That place looked a bit confusing though, cant tell if its more of a restaurant (where you'll get table service) or a pub. If the tables have numbers (sometimes discreetly put on the menu holder) you order at the bar.

This was great until the strange part where the guy acted weird on entry to the room. Lost all credibility and my kids were creeped out. Additionally there was unnecessary swearing which my 5 year old repeated.

The sky garden, with the history and building of london, when they wanted to build, it was part of the planning, that there has to be a free public space, like what you saw, the shard has a similar public space, also when that buiding was created, it had problems, the shape of it, it was focusing the sun's rays onto the street below, melting paintwork on cars and other stuff, This has been fixed

Americans really started on the right, because of the horse drawn wagons, this mere much bigger than the types in the UK before cars, pulled by mutiple horses, but the wagons had no drivers seat, the driver would sit on the rear horse to the left, which allowed him to see when passing other wagon There are alot of other countries who drive on the left where the british has influence
