The production line is used for the production of 54173204 batteries, with an efficiency of ≥ 6ppm and yield of ≥ 99.5%. The processes flow through modules, including hot pressing, insulation testing, matching, pre-welding, final-welding, cover marking, adapter laser welding, cell assembly, Mylar coating, pressing, top cover full welding, positive pressure helium inspection, sealing nail welding, negative pressure helium inspection, blue coating, etc. In addition to the whole line control, the single machine can operate independently, with the function of cleaning material, The equipment comes with a built-in UPS, ensuring that production data is not lost in the event of a power outage.
