IT IS LIKELY NOT GOOD FOR ANYONE to consume more liquid than is within their comfort zone, but I feel like too much of a hypocrite telling others not to. (but I do not advise it either)

This more than made up for not getting to be in the MLE Uranus Fudge contest. (actually a rare Michelle Lesco appearance + fudge got me over that)

Gonna do a 8 minute hardboiled egg eating contest this weekend, so I thought I would pick up my pace a bit. I fully expect eating greatness to be present - such as Brandon "Da Garbage Disposal' Clark. Eating may not be his priority now, but I'd imagine he can still wallop us amateurs without knocking himself out. Will be cool to see him again - as well as (hopefully) Yourmancody & Kyle the Hamm...

Ran hard this morning and have not been chugging frequently. Thought I would put this up as a reminder that keeping between 50 seconds to under a minute fifteen is a job in itself for me. This was about as good as I could muster today without a reversal afterward. Still, this beats my ability back in 2013. (and I was super into it. lol)

It is interesting to see how putting a bit of time between gallons goes. I figured this one would be 2 minutes or less based on Wednesdays time. Doing it daily got me below a minute, but it's a very easy thing to burn out on. (have usually quit or went back to a half gallon in the past)

Man - does this ever get harder after a week. I took the time needed here to get it down without completely punishing myself. (roughly 2 min, 15 seconds) Just had to give it a try. I'm not returning to daily chugs soon, but I will likely try it again tomorrow. I knew my time was going to slow, but I also had a surprise round of hot brown rain afterward. (aka Rangus by Dr Steve Brule viewers) I don't recommend anyone do this, but it's something I was blessed or cursed with, we only live once, so I am going to enjoy my stupid "gift". (even if it sometimes results in diarr-ha ha or diarr-hooey)

Thursday morning I did 112 ounces and have done no other chugs since. (5 full days). I expected closer to 2 minutes, so I can't complain. I think the GV sugar-free Grape is ok to drink casually, but it DOES NOT appeal to my senses in a chug. Part of that is on me for using more than I normally do. Yucko! I may try a chug after 7 full rest days to see if I can still do it under 2 minutes. It fee...

My time was not as poor as I thought it might be, but I could definitely tell that it was more of a stretch than usual. Will likely do at least a couple a week to keep the ability and avoid burning out on the whole thing. I will tell you that having to whiz every hour for a four hour span gets old.

Felt great later on compared to normal. All that salt probably helped. The fried pork skin did not. 😆 Mikenastics did not inspire me enough to go for a Hulk Hogan hairdo though. I will continue shaving my face & head on Wednesdays & Fridays.

I bet they'd do gallon chugs for fun in the Mos Eisley cantina and Jabba's Palace. Here's one for Sy and the Max Rebo band. Actually, I don't think your reflexes would be great after a chug - you'd likely lose your arm to a lightsaber or fall into the Rancor's dungeon... or easily pushed into the Sarlac pit. Things go south pretty quick in the Star Wars universe. 🤔

I failed a chug Wednesday after a sausage breakfast, so avoid chug attempts after sausage breakfasts. I simply quit at a pint short. Would've posted it, but my intro was too bad to live with. (if you can imagine that!) Speaking of which, Too Bad to Live With is also the title of my unwritten autobiography. (that, or Moonpoots Jim) Surely Wieners would also be good.

I actually had a full head of hair in the 90's. I think I got fed up with it and started shaving it in 2006 or 2007. Not really into doing the Hulkster hairdo. Not even saying your prayers & taking those vitamins can thwart male pattern hair loss. Maybe I'll call that place that transplants butt hair to the scalp. How cool would that be? 😆

Do you have air holes in that jug? Your mouth is not sealed I assume? Air has to get in some way for it to come out.
I just told my nephew who came over to see what I was watching the other day and his dad was right behind me, and his dad didn't say anything, so. Thank you any way. I want to know if you ever try to drink hot or cold stuff cuz that's my goal to improve.
