We had a great time too! We even took a tour around the museum. Very interesting pieces! And we love a local show. That’s a definite plus.

The Livermore Chapter of EAA 663 was represented with a Sling TSI, Vans RV 10, RV 9, RV 6, a TriPacer and a Cessna 172S.

​@@Fuelingtheskymedia Cool! I was referring to flying in front of the pilots at my local club. lol I'll post video on my channel once I get her flying. I do plan on competing in some scale events, but the flying portion is limited to what the full scale can do.

We are not entirely sure on the exact number! Various sources each have a different number. Most of them say 10. All we know is that there are definitely not many left!

That’s so cool! Do you get to see F-35s take off daily? That’s amazing!

UA-cam is great and definitely has tons of F-35 afterburner takeoffs. What was rare for us is that we were seeing it with our own eyes, standing on the sidelines, seeing it happen in real life. But yes! You’re totally right! UA-cam has multiples of everything! 🎉

As we’ve gotten older, we’re not as big of fans of these louder jets, but it was still pretty amazing to see at night, zipping across the runway at sunset/dusk.

Do you know what’s coming next that will make these obsolete very soon?
