I understand having work stress. I hope things get better soon because you deserve having work so hard, to have work that is challenging but manageable. And I sure understand sinus issues. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried Mucinex, but it works pretty good for me. Along with, sinus massage. There’s some really good ones on UA-cam. I like praying for people. You’re in my prayers. I don’t like medicine but I might try. I use humidifier and do a sinus massage occasionally. Thank you for the prayers my sister friend . Hugs ❤️
I absolutely understand not being into taking medicine. Even when I have a headache for two days sometimes if it’s not bad, I don’t even think to use aspirin. But the stress causes to be coughing and sniffing in front of my clients and friends can get overwhelming sometimes.and remember or if you haven’t experimented with it yet, the sinus massages only take a few strokes in both places. Believe it or not you don’t need to use much pressure! I was using quite a bit of pressure when I first started. Now I realize it’s not necessary. How about that?! Stroke gently down from a just below the tear ducks at the top of the nose down to underneath the cheekbones when you’re doing your nightly moisturizer. Also from the middle of the back of the ear down to underneath the jawline. Moisturizer helps it go so much nicer. I use castor oil. Castor oil is great for acne, prone skin, sensitive skin, oily or dry skin.. Just throwing it out there :-)
I am barely reading this 😊 Yup that castor oil is good! I do those massage techniques and it is quick, immediate “opening” of my sinus, best way I can describe it. Thank you for the tips! ❤️

Tough to handle the frequent nosebleeds, I just had my left nostril cauterized by silver nitrate in my near ENT yesterday. Glad I came here to watch your video. During the time of recovery from my nose cauterization, I can learn a lot from your notes in the above, really appreciate your detailed description. Stay healthy!

Im not sure if you can get in in your country but to keep my nose moist i use Happinose. Its safe over long term use and is a menthol gel. Vaseline as some doctors may advise is dangerous over long term use...it goes into your lungs and stays there, it doesn't get broken down and one can get a form of pneumonia. I read that in a report years ago.

@@vanessamariposalove Dogs are a great responsibility, especially during the puppy stage. They require timed outdoor potty training, activities, kennel training, and lots of attention; as well as regular checkups. It's your son's responsibility to make sure that the bulk of it's needs are met, not yours. Pets are indeed a great addition to any household that's willing to put in the work. It's an added task. Let your son use his allowance to purchase dog food, collars, etc. He wanted a puppy, it's his responsibility to support it. Cleaning the kennel, bathing the pup, and getting up when it's ready to use the bathroom outside is your son's responsibility, when he's there. This builds character, integrity, independence, and teaches him the importance of taking care of someone, or in this case, something that eats, sleeps and breathes. Puppies are cute, but they require a lot; and they don't stay puppies forever. How you raise a puppy will be how it'll behave as a full grown dog. Take care, and good luck with your new addition.☺️
