Unpopular opinion, but I loved Diana for who she was, and the way she helped Vincent and baby Jacob. I didn't see her as a new love interest for Vincent, because he would never love anyone the way he loved Catherine. I saw her as a possibility, someone to help Vincent heal and give him some peace. I think she did that beautifully. ❤

This show had a great premise and it was magic for first couple seasons until it devolved into fantastical nonsense, the beauty should never have been killed off, it was rendered bleak when it was romantic and feel good.

This was such a good show. It was a stupid idea to kill of the character that was the Beauty of the Beast. I think it's every woman's dream to experience a love that is so unconditional and yet still be able to maintain your individuality and not be subsumed into your partner.

sorry but the way this show ended has been upsetting me for years.it should have been catherine holdin their child not her.never did like the diana character she felt to me like she wanted to replace catherine in vincents life.even in this scene when she knew he was thinking of catherine she looked jealous.they need to go back and redo season 3

Is there something I don't understand about the end of this beautiful series, does Diana end staying with Vincent or does she leave? Because the final part is confusing to me, Vincent says that he thinks of Catherine and also of Diana, that is to say that Vincent fell in love with Diana?? Because from what I see Vincent will never forget Catherine because he has a child of hers and him, someone who can answer me if Diana stays with Vincent or not?

Es sagen immer alle das Linda Hamilton schuld war das die Serie nicht mehr weiter ging .Dabei war es Ron Perlman den man hat ihm und Linda Hamilton ein Happy End versprochen sie wäre nach der Geburt ihres Sohnes wieder dabei gewesen .Ron Perlman war stinksauer als man den Charakter von Linda Hamilton tötete. Er ging auf die Produzenten und auf die Drehbuch Autoren los. Sie haben fünf Monaten nicht mehr gedreht weil sich Ein Perlman im März 1990Vater wurde .Er hat gesagt sollte er die Liebesgeschichte fortführen dann werde er nicht mehr dabei sein darum haben sie die Drehbücher umgeschrieben und die Story war Vincent und sein Sohn . Er hat in einem Interview gesagt das er Diana nur als gute Freundin sah und er ihr nur helfe wenn sie einen Fall zu lösen hätte .Ron Perlman wollte keine Liebesgeschichte mehr. Er hat nur weitergemacht als die Drehbuch Autoren gesagt haben in der dritte Staffel gibt es nur die Story Vincent und sein Sohn . Ron Perlman war froh als es keine Liebesgeschichte mehr gab. Den Jo Anderson wäre sowieso in der 13Staffel nicht mehr dabei gewesen sie wäre im einem Einsatz getötet worden. Ron Perlman sagte nur es gab für Vincent keine Frau mehr den die Liebe zur Cathy war für immer in seinem Herzen er hat ja selber gesagt unsere Liebe lebt es kann sie niemand zerstören.

This show was on when I was in my twenties and I didn't pay much attention to it back then but it came on decades this weekend. I didn't see all all the episodes. The episodes I saw show the love between Catherine and Vincent then I' came back to watching it and I see all these people from his past. I really didn't like that they killed off Catherine but I read the actress wanted to leave because she was going to have a baby. I lke that the writers brought Diana in. Even though Catherine was my favorite. The ending shows Vincent will always love Catherine and he has that beautiful baby that is a part of both of them. The door is also open to possibilities with a new love. What is good about Diana she actually emersed herself in this and loves the baby and i think Vincent. She would be someone Catherine would have wanted for Vincent and the baby.

Oh how I loved this show, everything about it was such a class act! And a very special connection for me personally...my middle name is Catherine and my first Name? Diana! ❤️
