We purchased a $400 machine from Gevi November / December 2022. October 2023 that machine stopped working. We received a replacement Nov 2023. The replacement lasted all of 9 months!!! 2 $400 machines in under 2 years!!! GEVI PRODUCTS ARE TRASH. Yes, we are furious. Don’t waste your money!!!

You spent nearly 10 mins to talk and still didn't cover anything about the right button of milk frothing.... WTF. You can cut your 10 mins talk into 3 mins easily, most are repeated worthless.

I used this machine once. today is the second day of ownership and the machine is no longer working. The first two blue lights are blinking rapidly but the water will not heat up at all. I'm about to return it.. any ideas ?

I just bought this ice machine, and it is fantastic! It’s great for iced latte, just in time for summer. It keeps the ice tray filled automatically, and the ice tray is well insulated. I love my GEVI espresso machine, and I love this ice maker too. GEVI makes great, reliable products! ❤

Can you tell me if there is a way to fix the water tank from leaking? It’s a 2 month old and it’s been working great then all of a sudden the water comes out off the water tank😢

If I want to set it up easy for my mother, how many steps (in the menu) does it take from turning on to finished coffee in the cup. If she has to click 10 times every morning it’s probably not a good option.

I'm probably going to try and pick one of these up secondhand. Looks like it can make a real shot in spite of being a smaller unit.
