    That’s really impressive! I liked how you covered up the end grain the top. Neat little touch that really goes a long way! Did you just eyeball/free hand the angle detail on the legs? How did you come up with that?

      It was marked before I cut it you just couldn't see! I also tried 3 different angles on some scrap before I started recording haha I have seen that look on other furniture and have always thought it adds a classy but suddle touch.       You can use chemicals and a powerwasher but because of stuff around the concrete, this was my best option! Thanks for Watching!

    Very cool build - do you use this cutting board regularly? I'm curious how the white oak is holding up given its tendency to splinter.

      I made it for my wife and while I thought she would use it....she doesn't. haha she says it's too nice and it's just been a show piece on the counter since. The second one was primarily white oak and was for my sister. She says it's held up fine

    Hate to be that guy... but either get some dust collection or wear a mask, man! Also, I would watch a safety video on table saw use... really made me nervous watching your technique. The project came out beautiful, but you gotta take some steps to make sure you can keep making projects and videos long into the future.

      @@J-D248 - perhaps you missed the part where after the words "dust collection" I wrote "or wear a mask, man!" If you are spending $1000s of on a mask, you've got problems I can't help you fix. The point here isn't that you need to spend a lot money to keep your floor clean, it's that you hopefully won't die from lung disease... oh, and keeping all your fingers is a nice bonus too.

    Those diamond Cup wheels are great. If you don't have a dust shroud you could hold a dry vac hose while your grinding and purchase a bag for your dry vac.

      That's true! Wasn't sure if the chemicals would kill the grass and plants around it. A broom and leaf blower helped with cleanup

      Just an observation, if you use water to keep the dust down it works but there is a sweet spot you have to figure out. Too much water and the cup doesn’t wear down the surface as fast and too little water and it doesn’t keep the dust down as well. So be patient you won’t regret it. Don’t forget to plug into a gfci circuit for your own protection.

    I bought this same exact cup wheel for my dewalt angle grinder, but I can't figure out how to put it on. When I screw the cup wheel the round nut (called threaded clamping nut in the manual) that screws on doesn't have room to thread???? The cup wheel takes to much of the thread. I'm not supposed to run this without that clamp nut I don't think.

      Yes it actually can eat away at it. As long as you keep it flat and don't apply too much pressure you should be fine

      On the face, yes but probably not the cracks. Maybe a wire wheel would do better for the cracks. I'm not sure
