Been trying to figure out how I'm going to go about replacing my piston rings. 3rd cylinder has very low compression and I really don't want to take out the block. Definitely going to try from under the car. Cheers!

hey i know this video is old, doing my first b swap civic, im trying to figure out my iacv, i have obd2b engine harness. Is the iacv on the same harness as the map and tps? I know its a 3 wire and i need to convert it to 2, but there is the same style connector i have under my intake manifold, not sure if 1 is evap or actually the iacv. Anyone help would be awesome!

Before it would smoke a lot then I just changed out the rings and my compression went up a little and it still smokes but less now and it only burns oil when I’m non stop in vtec when im at the track racing

My wife’s RD1 just rolled over 250k. The resources available online are plentiful and have kept our Honda going and helped avoid costly repairs at a shop. Was dealing with a strange hot no start issue for weeks, I replaced the fuel pump and other parts to eventually find out it was the ECT sensor. Now it’s running fantastic again thanks to the wonderful CRV owner community. 🤙
