@Abraxastrust they stop eating but they don't stop biting! They bite out of aggression and they also bite eggs that aren't their own. The spinner makes them mad and you get what's called a reaction bite. They don't want to eat it they just want to kill it. Thanks for the question.

@Jd-rj1ut the coho are in and running on the West side of Michigan but the run hasn't started yet on the East side.

@umbrellahole Unfortunately, there was no cleaning station, so I chose to put them in the shade for a quick pic. It may be disgusting to you but the food gets cooked without the skin. The actual fish filet never touches the ground and the heat from cooking it would kill anything anyway. I don't see a problem with it.
