Correct. I scan with the probe orientation dot on the right. So, patient's anterior is on the right side of the screen where the marker is.
Exercise 1: increased vascularity in posterior myometrium ,exercise 2:2nd image lis likely to be pregnant,1st image endo correlate with dominant follicle,late menstrual phase d4/5 would be ideal to assess the endometrium
