What they are saying is madness because if I bought a property and they get paid, who are they to tell me I can’t change my garage door?🙄 There are beautiful houses in America within gated communities with lots of space where person can change what they like on their house, unlike those overpriced match boxes that they are selling in Jamaica …. Where buyers will require running their AC quite alot because of the concrete decking roof which makes inside the house very hot.

Nice property, nice fixtures but the space is a little tight. “You can convert the garage to a room, but you cannot change the garage door”. Huh????

This is laffable! You spend all dat money, and they gonna tell you - you can't plant anything that's gonna grow 20 feet or more... Irony beyond Irony.

Did you mention the mold? The last development this builder did called Pyramid Point had mold issues due to poor construction. The builder has ignored the residents. Buyer beware. Manuka Development cannot be trusted. Google search “mold Pyramid Point” and you will see. Story was also in the Gleaner.
