According to the manual (and according to google cuz i forgot) you earn a continue every 100,000 points. You were 600 away from getting one before losing your last life. Actual tragedy. Yeah from what I remember 3-2 is definitely where Mario Land shows its teeth. Also side note, I think you do have an entertaining charisma (granted I'm probably biased but still), it's just growing is difficult when you're dealing with essentially RNG. The algorithm sucks and Twitch doesn't really promote people who aren't famous already.

Birby's Memeland It's been a while since I saw non-streamed Exmo content so this was interesting, and definitely had a different vibe. I liked watching you play Kirb, and almost getting killed by Kracko like ten times before the last hit. If you ever felt like it again I'd be down to watch more pre-recorded Exmo. I'm sorry to hear things haven't been going great. Not gonna pry if you don't want (and definitely not in this public comment section) but I hope things improve somehow.

I have spent the last few hours typing up this whole essay about Mephiles, and what I believe his master plan to be. I scrapped it all, but this is my conclusion: Yes, Mephiles does have a deliberate and intricate plan to prolong Sonic and Elise's exposure to each other, deepening their bond to ensure that Sonic's death emotionally destroys Elise. Yes, I could mostly explain each detail and the intent behind it, like how Silver was only brought in as a temporary obstacle to allow Eggman to keep kidnapping Elise. Or how Mephiles took some measures to hide his existence from Sonic, and isolate him at the crucial moment. Or how Shadow was wrong about why Mephiles was collecting Emeralds, never suspecting that it was an elaborate escape plan. The depressing fact is, none of this matters. When you said he could've won instantly, you were 100% correct. My only guess as to why Mephiles bothers with the theatrics is because he's a sadist. He is the twisted brain of Solaris. It's possible he's not satisfied with merely winning and wishes to play with his food, metaphorically speaking. The way Mephiles tends to speak and act is kind of interesting. After resurrection he goes out of his way to thank Shadow and bow to him. When describing things he has a habit of using flowery analogies. "Just as a flower comes from a seed, and a chicken comes from an egg. Everything must have an origin." or "Now, Chaos Emerald! Raise the curtain for our final show!" He clearly loves the theatrics of it all. There's no fun in skipping to the finale without the juicy drama in the middle. Perhaps drawing things out is his form of revenge for being experimented on. And it just occurred to me, if he hadn't done all this, the events that lead to Blaze's sacrifice wouldn't have occurred and she'd be alive in the last story. That's at least one thing he managed to take away, though indirectly. Or maybe I'm just seeing what I want to see, like that one guy. At any rate, Mephiles is kind of stupid. But I like him.
