@@hackthebodyhackthemind I actually do deadlifts on the leg day Because having big legs is my least priority So I do deadlift strength training on leg day plus some other hypertrophic leg exercises
It’s never impractical to do full body. It’s about prioritises. When you’re sitting on your ass scrolling through shorts and videos for hours.l, thats not a practical way to be successful in life. Working full body is.
You warm up with 1-2 sets with couple reps just to check everything works and then you hit it hard. No need for other nonsense
Great vid - since I (finally) joined the gym, I get up at 6.15 four mornings a week and get my training out of the way before I start work. It's life changing, and was a big effort initially, but I've just got used to it now. (Gains)

There's this loop people find themselves in. If it's futile trying to solve the problem, it is so meaningful that it makes us lose sleep. But there's nothing we can do. If it can be solved, even if it bothers us the problem seems meaningless, why bother if so many people before us chose not to solve it?
