How to find your personal style in 8 steps.
How to find your PERSONAL style in 8 steps:
1. The most important step is to know your measurements. I cannot stress this enough; you need to know them to get clothes that fit you well. You can love something, but it may not be the best fit for you.
2. Now that you know your measurements, it's time to identify your body type. There are many quizzes online that can help you with this. Now you can choose clothes and silhouettes wisely.
3. Identify your style aesthetic - go into different platforms like Pinterest or Instagram and look around to find which type of style attracts you most and see yourself realistically wearing. You can love something, but if it doesn't fit your lifestyle, keep that in mind. How does your day look? What kind of events do you usually attend? These are the things you need to ask yourself before buying anything. Just start creating a mood board of how you would like to look.
4. Evaluate the clothes you wear on a daily basis. Take a picture of your daily outfits for 7-10 days and decide which part of your outfits you would like to change and which part you would like to keep.
5. Edit your wardrobe - this doesn't mean that you have to get rid of everything, but you can start donating or selling anything that you don't really wear or love. Pick things you want to keep wearing. Your wardrobe should consist of items that fit you well and that you love.
6. Invest in quality pieces you see yourself wearing for years. Remember step 4; once you find the style aesthetic you want, start examining the outfits and find key clothing pieces in common. Those are the basics you're going to start with. Basics are extremely important; they're the foundation of your outfits. I personally recommend having neutral basics to have a strong foundation.
7. Remember, it's not a fast process; it's trial and error. Start identifying your best outfits and clothing pieces that flatter your body the best. Identify outfits that boost confidence and comfort for any occasion. Note the key elements and incorporate them into your wardrobe.
8. Experiment with colors, have fun; fashion should be fun, not stressful. Get out of your comfort zone and try new things. #fashion #capsulewardrobe

My season is deep winter and my undertone is neutral
I get it, the camera tweaks the lighting, but in real life, the colors you wear affect how light hits your skin and face. So, the point remains: certain colors can brighten up your face, while others might make it appear a bit dull. Though I value seasonal color palettes as a foundation, they're not restrictive. It's important to acknowledge that there's no universal palette. Experimenting with colors allows for the creation of a personalized color scheme that resonates with individual preferences and styles.
