What a waste of time and effort

I think the video doesn't do the remaster it's justice. For me it's more of the customizations, the new mocap, the adaptive lighting and the new sound design. I prefer the original in terms of color scheme, which most comments refer to I think. But well I'm on PC and there's reshade for that 🤷‍♂️

We comparing a ps4 to a ps5? lol that’s how you know sekiro was just too good lol I can’t imagine a remake of it for ps5. That would go crazy shoutout to ruling tho great game too . But sekiro is just it for me

I hate these videos. It makes people slander one game or the other. They are both great and very different apart from the Samurai theme. A fairer comparison would be between Nioh and Sekiro - both souls-likes.

It is evident that Sekiro has better combat, traversal (much better grappling mechanic compared to the janky grappling of GoT) and better art style (Subjectively). The part where GoT distinguishes it self as being an "open world" is understandable, however, it feel very poorly executed. The map feels empty and lack luster and has very title things to do (which also gets repetitive as the gameplay progresses). So the main separating factor is not up to par compared to other "open world" titles (gta 5, rdr 1, gta 4, etc). GoT whilst having a larger same size and also being more demanding hard ware wise is reflected in the better textures and graphics. Yet, looking from an artistic perspective, to me the art design of sekiro feels better (another subjective opinion. Nevertheless both games are enjoyable and worth a shot. If one has the time one can indulge oneself in both. However, I would not go as far as saying gameplay enjoyers as L1+R1 enjoyer, which in PC terms might equate to mouse masher. I like both games, but you can't deny nothing comes close when you doing mikiri counter in Sekiro. Shit is so satisfying 🔥💯

A game that has only one difficulty will always be better

Ive seen some comments. How about BOTH are great games. As someone loves both Sekiro. And Ghost of Tsushima, i wouldn't say one is better than the other, GOT is a more story and world exploration driven game, while Sekiro Souls-like game made my From Software, the literal creators of Dark Souls. The two have the same concept as stealth samurai/ninja games but execute it differently. Again both wonderful and beautiful games.

Only people who think Sekiro is a better game are people who don't have a good sense of story and aesthetics. They only care about gameplay for the most part.

God of war is much better then Ragnarok .

There are much more to combat in sekiro.. whole bunch of special techniques like mortal draw, ashina cross, one mind, ichimonji, sakura dance, etc. other combat combo with prosthetics as well including sabimaru, spear, umbrella, also can add flame on sword with flame vent and so much different combat styles. Sekiro feels like unbeatable in combat styles even now in 2024.

Sekiro looks harder than Black Myth Wukong

Played a bit of gow 2018 today after 2 weeks of playing Ragnarok. The difference is very visible. 2018 on ultra looks like a ps4 compared to Ragnarok on medium high.

Bo6 looks like treyarch trying to recreate their old engine on the new engine they're forced to use which is unfortunate. But i atleast appreciate that it feels closer to cold war than the mw games.

damn sekiro stages giving me ptsd. lol. wukong on the other hand is fun to explore.

In Wukong you need skills for a boss fight, in Sekiro you need perfection for a 5 second fight

I just finished Wukong. Erlang and that Sage shell were the 2 final bosses. I just defeated them 1 hour ago. Good game. Great boss battles. 100%. But the game has many flaws, and 10.000 invisible walls everywhere. It is truly frustrating to have invisible walls in completely open spaces where you think you can walk to. Really bad. Sekiro however. Is a much more polished game, way way more polished level design. While I give Wukong a 8/10 and with a lot of pleasure. I give Sekiro a 9/10 atleast and is simply significantly better. They are not similar games. But I am judging them each based on how good they are implemented. Sekiro is simply way more solid.

5 years apart, different engine, one is from studio that infamous for hardcore difficult games, preventing people for even try it and different situation, more people picking up gaming as hobby after the pandemic, sekiro walked so wukong could run
