    Hey, this is a great informative video. So many amazing takeaways. I had a question though, how are Just-in-Time-Education tooltips from the SHOW method different from those sequential-contextual tooltips in the DO method.

    Good concept! I like the idea of having a simple reply, I have struggled getting replies and I thought it was just because the emails I was sending sounded like a robot sent them. I was trying to make it sound like I had written it(which I had) this changed my perspective thanks!
