@soumendey1331 Sir When we perform qualified welder test after that all qualified welder will do job of fabrication at site ! So such type of report or documentation we have to prepare at that time ! Using isometric drawing We prepare document like 1) Weld visual report 2) Fit up report 3) NDT report 4) Hydrotest Report (if hydrotest) 5) Structural Painting & Coating Report This all reports submitted to client for sign on daily work report!

These all are quality report! There are lot of reports how to identify the joint and how many joint and how to give joint number like this !

Ok, you mean Pre inspection meeting. This meeting is basically a communication meeting where contractor, client and vendor meet together to finalize the inspection and test plan. They negotiate to decide the witness, surveillance and hold points

Where we need a continuous transportation of any liquid or gases over the country and under the sea, pipeline is a kind of permanent solution- can run long years.

If pipes are internally coated, No checmicals need to be used. You know, all pipelines carrying Sea water are internally coated, So we can use Sea water as a test medium which are full of salts and other chemicals, Because Pipeline internal will be protected by the coating. For pipelines without any coating inside has to be protected from corrosion, and to stop building any Sulphate reducing bacteria- which are promoting more corrosion to the steel.
