typical project. while selling they sell for 5 crores with certain resource loading in mind. when project starts they realise they should have charged 10 cr. so what's the solution? make existing people work twice the time and make them fill half time sheets. the company is this able to show profit in their books

Came across this today as my RM has conspired this PIP against me in HCL. I have facts and data with me. I am in training period not even in project MY project is not live - project will be life at the end of October 2024 and they raised a PIP where even HR partner himself is promoting me to resign

What about serverance pay in case of PIP? If a company is not giving serverance pay

There should be rule that if you're put into PIP, company cannot fire you for 6 months

It's important for us to foster a supportive and understanding environment for everyone, regardless of their experience level.

One advice: if you put in pip, no matter the company,just leave Resign. it is made to have reason to fire you ok Join somewhere else... Do not try to fight or work under pip Its waste of time

When I asked for promotion, a senior manager asked me why I hadn’t spoken up earlier. I did get my promotion, but that’s because I had a good manager. But the important point is that we need to speak up and convey our thoughts to our managers

This is story of government sector as well. And the worst part is that your hard work DOES NOT get converted into anything. You can predict the salary and your position 30 years from now. Atleast in corporate, you have an opportunity to become visible to upper heirarchy.
