Hands down, Alexander, I am lucky enough to eaten there at least 3 times a year. I love all the surprises the Chefs bring to our table before our main course.

If any steakhouse overcooks your steak, you should always alert the waiter and they will take care of you. If not a new steak, they will reduce your bill.

Alexander’s is my fave. I used to love 5a5 but it closed during Covid

You should learn haw to eat with fork and knife when doing revues on eating, looks like a joker when you cut your steak and then change the fork in your right hand to take a bite, totally unprofessional, that's what dorks look like.

Other than Alexander’s, I don’t believe the rest should be on this list of top rated steakhouses. Baekjong is a joke, it was expensive and subpar. We waited over 2 hours to get our name on the list only to find out that there’s another 2 hours of wait to get into the restaurant. They wouldn’t let us make reservation for a party of 8 almost a month in advance. IMHO, BBQ should be on charcoals. The rest on the list are equally bad. We are blessed to live in the Bay Area, one of the best place for foodies and you guys pick these chain places? I could not have disagreed more unless we went to different venues.
