Bonjour S’il j’ai le code défaut 17657 problème de debut d’injection, mais le problème que c’est il fume un peu blanc au démarrage et ça sent le gasoil et vibre un peu des fois ralenti est stable des fois c’est comme il s’accélère un peu par contre il démarre au quatre tour impeccable pourriez vous m’éclairer la dessus merci beaucoup à vous 🙏💪

I have heard it said that the gearbox is not strong enough for more than 200bhp, although no torque figure was mentioned. Presumably, the gearbox will not break but there will be an accelerated wear rate. Do you have any experience or thoughts on this matter ? Changing to an AXG gearbox is not very realistic as you have to change half the world as well and all the parts have to come from Germany

Brilliant to finally see a face to project power I bought a set of injectors off you Kildare southern Ireland remember I had trouble with the sensor in the 5th injector Anyways haven't ran right since I swapped sensors not your fault I'm currently building a motor acv 2.5 and it's a mint block crank etc snapped a t belt I'm planning getting mine up to that spec or even 200 if you could give me a parts estimate and probably a trip over to have you tweek the fueling as you do a great job I've seen a lot of your timing videos

If I understand he didn't show anything , what he really did or was he hammer mod on the fuel pump or he corrected the timing by advancing or retarding the timing and got it on the correct specs but he didn't do anything else the showing smoke and vcds screen and after he corrected it he made another video that's thy this video is useless

Why don't u post the before on the same video ? Its hard to compare a good one to a not good one without seeing he before . I think i have leaking injectors on my ASV , constant greish smoke gets worse with operating temperature, lots of disel smell but the car runs great doesn't misfire or any power loss . Can this symptoms be a leaking injector ? I do have bigger nozels on it , will a return test show me anything ? On vcds channel 13 values aren't crazy out of spec but number 4 shows values of plus 1 and around 0.70 /0.80 when idle. Vcds says that's on spec but i don't know much about it can u enlighten me about it ? Engine ASV 1.9 110hp 88kw

Hi Ron! I was just wondering if the PP0.5 is a okay for the AXG engine as well? What is the injector nozzle size in PP0.5 and what would you recommend for AXG? It's ACV really but I'm replacing the gearbox, clutch, turbo, IC, injection pump and ecu maps (as a starting point and I will remap it later) from AXG.
