actually a motorcycle cause a moped has pedals that is why it is called a mo for motor ped for pedals it is considered a motorcycle where license and insurance and registration is required. and we all know it is more power than a 49cc motor is so yes it is considered a electric motorcycle.

I was the one in the Tron outfit, helmet and bike 🔥🦅 Lots of people got separated from the lead group unfortunately. We took a left at the top of the hill and in this video you guys went straight. Sometimes I wish the group would slow down a bit, just to keep the group tighter together and not all spread out to where people get lost and separated from the rest of the group.
