lol clearly not. the LAND size is 540. house looks around 100sqm i reckon
Land is 544sq m and house is around 140sq m . On 2020 purchase $540k ^^ now you need to spend $800k + same area and design
Wen we visit this beautiful clean country use public toilets don’t throw plastic bottles or other rubbish into there clean waters

Lived there for a while loved Caroline bay awesome beach and the information mussels and tuatuas were always a bonus the staff at the fishing school were so friendly and enjoyed every day going to learn thanks Ted,April, Coleen, much respect
