I had a brief session on the Grayling. The issue was, they didn't seem to get the memo, but the trout must have intercepted it. Despite being out of season, they gate-crashed the party. Hi Chris Really helpful Vlog this. I've picked up so many tips. You mention the indicator. Can I ask precisely what you mean by the core of a Shooting Line. Is it a piece of flyline ( or the inside of)
Hi sorry for the late reply I have only just seen your comment. I use a hard core out of a airflow shooting head. I peel it out of the centre removing the outer layer, but it is becoming harder to get and Airflow don’t have any plans to make this product going forward. To be honest just use some bi or tri colour indicator material which is readily available on the market. Also remember you will take 95 % of your fish on feel. I use the indicator mostly to make sure I am covering the river correctly not so much for takes although there are times when you see your indicator move off in a strange direction. Quick tip strike at every knock. Hope this helps…….
You say “an hard shell” but it should be (a hard shell). You only say (an) if it’s followed by a vowel. You guys always use H like it’s a vowel when it’s not. Sup w dat???? Also, you don’t pronounce your (H). Just skipping letters and adding letters however when you speak. Do you write like that????
Sorry I’m from Yorkshire and it’ is common in our dialect to drop our H s. I must try and improve on this as I realise it’s not easy for others to try and pick up my wording especially when their not from Yorkshire.

Yes but only small fish.Not 100 percent sure what they are called? I Re flies I was using a small bait fish pattern.
@@flyfishingwithchrishague3769 Small fish are also nice :D If it works on this scale, it will work in a bigger scale. I've seen fly fishermen use surf candy and other baitfish patterns on mahi mahi in Croatia...

Early 2023 but no exact date.
I love my 15' FX1. I've been very fortunate and landed 18 salmon with it this season. I might have to add a shorter and lighter weight FX2 to the collection sometime next season.
@@truthteller8567 I love the 12/7 and 13/7 FX1 rods. I have just been using the FX2 prototypes and I think you will be impressed.

Hello, is the Guideline nt8 fario for soltwater and Streamer got?
Guideline do a range of salt water rods? but as long as you clean these rods of with fresh water after use they should be fine on the salt water.

I’ve been using the FX1 Atlas 6 p 12/7 and 13/7 and I’m very impressed. The rod has mid to tip action but the tip recovery is rapid which generates an high line speed. C

Not cast the NT8 range, but have a few Lpxe rods and they are one of the best rods i've ever cast.
The LPXE were a super range of rods and if you like their action keep your eyes out for some of next years new products. Exciting times👍
