My "Hometown" too, but I left in 1981 when I was still young, I still rember the streets and buildings, I'm considering returning to Knutsford area nowhere is really home anymore, most of my people are dead now as I was the youngest in the family so I'm just at a loose end now. I was in St Ives in 1978.I loved the place and had a good few sessions in The Sloop with a local young lad who fished for lobster. I remember the barman was from Scotland and the double yellow lines outside the pub was as far as you could take your drink and the good natured Bobby would let you know.Its on my bucket list to return and i know from videos how much it has changed but great memories

For them going to St.Ives is like going to the dentist; you know you just HAVE to go there but you don't like it when you're there. I know; I lived on the front and saw the million walk listlessly by.
