not always,in the 20+ years as a firefighter we get response calls that are sometimes not as they seem until we arrive at the incident,as you can see from the video captured the person or persons claimed that 2 vehicles were included in the incident which was false,this springboarded extra applainces & rapid response paramedic at the scene.
