Her and Tyrion are probably the most universally liked characters. And she’s trained her entire life to be capable of this. But Jon’s journey and purpose was to stop the dead. For him to be screaming at a dragon as the Night King falls is pretty devastating.

Game of Thrones is the greatest drama in the nearly 100 year history of television (along with The Sopranos). Don't let anyone tell you different. Yes. Season 8 is the weakest season. It was a bit rushed, but it is still GOT. Season 8 won an Emmy for best drama by their peers for Pete's sake! The haters were just hurt that their favorite character didn't wind up on the Iron Throne. They were raised on to many Disney movies.

The most stressful anxiety I've ever felt watching a TV show was this ep.

They could have been a little subtle about arya being the one to kill night king. The whole conversation between Arya and Melisandre was so unnecessary and gave away the whole episode ending. When she told god kept him alive for a purpose and now its served was already clear enough but someone writing was like no make her say Blue eyes just in case we weren’t making it obvious enough.

You see lot more on the Blu Ray or DVD than on TV or streaming. And you see a lot more on TV or streaming than you would on a pirate copy ripped from TV or streaming. Video compression LOVES to save space by ignoring detail in relatively dark areas.

Finally that pos Theon got what he deserved. Kabobbed that coward.

When this episode of television premiered there were huge comparisons to Avengers Infinity war with the scope of the battle, it became an event and one of the most viewed episodes of television in history, say what you want about the season this episode is a true demonstration of what is possible with a television production budget and a big catalyst for other television and streaming shows production value getting way bigger budgets, an incredible moment in time, Arya is a phenomenal character.

This may have finished off House Mormont. Jorah was the head of the house when he fled Westeros, and Lyanna is his very young female cousin. There couldn't have been many left before this battle.

RIP Lyanna Mormont, Jorah, Edd, Theon and Melisandre. We lost some compelling characters. I didn’t have such a problem with S8 as a whole like everyone else. As the years have gone on I have definitely gotten a little more bitter about it. I’ve enjoyed watching this series with y’all. Look forward to what we watch after the finale.

The night this aired I literally screamed out loud when Arya took him out and almost threw something like you did, LOL

I'm glad I went and checked your channel, I don't think this upload made its way into my subscription feed. My favorite episode from this season.

I found it interesting that Verna referred to what she did as her "job". Seemed pretty recreational to me.😊 Did she have a purpose before coming topside? Does such an entity need a purpose?🤔 LOL! When I was in junior high, I wrote some very short stories, and they all ended, "And then they all died, and the vultures came and ate their remains." To think I could have been writing Hollywood scripts this whole time!😁 My favorite episode is Goldbug. The way insomnia and mirrors can f*** with your head. Yeah.

Once again, disappointed that no one -- even Poe fans -- mentions "Berenice". 🤷‍♀️

What I have learned after watching 3 videos on your channel is that if I fast-forward through the opening, I enjoy watching the rest of the video. The openings are awful, guys. (I'm watching this series 8 months after it was uploaded, so perhaps your openings have improved since then. Let's hope.)

Obviously her name is an anagram of Raven. The Raven symbolizes death, doom and demise in many of Poe's work. In the show she actually tells you who she is. When Prospero asked she says "Consequence". And that's it. She spoke the truth and explained what she is with a simple word for us the audience to grasp the larger concept. Actions have consequences. The consequence of the choices and actions of the Ushers is their demise. They had the choice to do good or to do bad, she gives them an honest conversation at the end. She doesn't have evil motives, it's more like karma, and with the Ushers she's just doing her job. To quote the actress wo played her: "Verna is an executor of fate and karma".

Mance Ryder liked Jon because he could se that he was an honest man that was gonna keep his promises. Therefore he trusted him already from the beginning. As soon as Jon put an arrow in his chest so he wouldn't be suffering he knew that Jon would keep his promises to the wildlings. Thormund saw that also and he loved Jon already when he first meet him and he was standing with his side all the time to come. He really became a true friend to Jon.
