@ I would say attach whatever is some more related to your sphere

Its possible, but you might struggle during your essay since you have to write one essay to both universities and since these are totally separate majors, will be harder to show them your full interest, however i think if these two major are truly what you are passionate about, then go for it. You can play with it and mention in your essay that you want to maybe build a foundation in public health and later on learn commerce and apply to the real life cases. Its totally up to you how you want to play with it.

Oh, i read the question a bit wrong and thought you want apply to different universities with 2 different major. In case of only one university, I dont think that you can choose 2 different majors, however its always worth trying.

Heeey, when I was applying university of Debrecen was the only university offering business informatics course which is really good actually, but now they have the same course in corvinus. I would recommend applying there

@ 1) yes, you can change your university only once and it should be done during your first year. 2) you should try and take it before you apply.

Heeey, yes, there is! In fact, I myself studied foundation year before I started my actual education. You don’t need to apply separately. The university themselves will put you in foundation year if they find it necessary.
