Strasznie hałasuje mi orbitrek I bardzo ciężko chodzi. Czy ktoś wie dlaczego?

Jeżeli ktoś chce schudnąć to najlepiej polecam głównie skupić się na naturalnym odżywianiu, najlepiej na rzeczach o niskim indeksie glikemicznym oraz na spożywaniu sporej ilości błonnika. Treningi na siłowni czy nawet w domu moim zdaniem są bardzo dobre na ujędrnienie sylwetki i zbudowanie mięśni, lecz w odchudzaniu prawda jest taka, że najważniejszą kwestią jest odżywianie, a z treningu to wystarczy pójść na szybki spacer bądź rower. Wiem co mówię, bo osobiście w taki sposób zrzuciłam mniej więcej 12 kilo zmieniając całkiem swoje odżywianie, a w przeszłości tylko ćwiczyłam i ćwiczyłam bez skutku. Fajnie to opisuje kobieta z bloga dieta Anusi, najlepiej wyszukać w google. Pozdrawiam serdecznie ;)
