I only know few things about baseball. Can someone explain to me the following: Tokuchi swung and missed (I did not see him make contact with the ball), so it should be strike 3? how isn't he called out? instead he run to the base normally. I am confused. Thanks in advance.
You can run to first base even if you didn't hit the ball at your 3rd strike if the catcher will not catch the ball.
