I am doing you tube as a hobby. I will do some airsoft clips. but am more focused on making cinematic shorts using videogames as a base.
Big lake airsoft 09/14/24 (barn defense}
ok guys sorry for the delay, this video was ready to go Sunday night, but power director is failing me. Anyway, i wasn't there all day due to other plans so i got footage from the best game of the 2 and a half i played. myself and another player defended the barn, and 8 others defended the rest of the town. both sides have unlimited respawns and game ends when all buildings are in attacker control. my teammate did a great job and together with help from others on our team we held the barn for around 15 minutes. this will probably be the last airsoft game for a month so it'll be gaming vids until then. until the next one!

a longer video, had to cut some stuff out just to make it this short. but half is from just one game that went the full time. but i ended with over 13 klills. and the more than that the teamwork and comunication was good through the match.

its been a month but we are back with sme more airsoft. this time its Apocalypse game mode. no designated teams, you gather supplies for points, but the points are divided by number of people in your group. and you can leave and change groups at will.

not my normal kind of video. this is the recordings i have of a group of 1st time players. alot of the footage is not that exciting but itll probably mean alot to them, especially in the future so i kept what i could. the 2 friends i had with me that were also 1st time players are in here a bit too so that makes it all the better for the same reason i just stated.

we continue the short stories with 2 more characters announcement and updated ruleset at the end. for those of you watching on your phone, the rules were not a clear as ild like, if u set the video quality to 720 and zoom to x2.0 you should be able to read it. next video ill do a better job on that.

Nice vid dude. I’d prolly do a thicker crosshair for the scope cams or just change the color. Black blends in a lot. 👍
Thanks for the feedback. Its actually part of the camera itself not a overlay. Ill go into the settings and see what i can do.
So the crosshair is green but it is hard to see and i couldnt make it bigger so i just turned it off. If it bothers me then ill either turn it back on or use a overlay
I love sitting in the blue house with my m16a1 that I can hit 175 feet but still has decent trigger response. Last town defense I was in at big lake I went through just about 1500 rounds of ammo all out of mid cap mags. also great video. I love seeing my "local " field having videos made. I put local in quotes because I drive 4 hours one way to go since I am in Iowa.
@kkooiker if you have a longer range gun. Blue is definitely where you want to be. Thats quite the drive. Are you aware of the southern minnesota airsoft group? They might be a bit closer. Thanks for the comment appreciate it.

@kkooiker i understand. Its still my favorite as well. Though i want to give the others another try. And definitely want to get down to southern mn group. But all their weekends seem to fall on ones where im busy

will be airsofting in big lake next sat! thanks man, well it depends on what area you live in mn and how far you want to drive. theres a group of great guys who are trying to get their own field started in southern mn. theres twin cities airsoft in wis. i heard of one in duluth but havnt been there. and in more central mn there is crossfire and big lake. those are the fields that come to mind.

With the first fight where you thought it was a tie you could hear the guy shoot you before you could finish saying bang. He won that fight
Sorry dude, i dissagree. When its that close most wouldve called it. There was a moment when positions were reversed later in the same game and i took it. Understand thats just me, and im not saying what's right or wrong as far as this situation. But if its gonna be within a second like that? sorry, I personally must disagree.
Honestly i would disagree as well. Yes he finished saying it first, but the commando was also in the middle of saying bang as well. So honestly they both should have taken it. It’s almost like if you and an opponent shot a BB at roughly the same time, and both hit, naturally you’d take the hit so what’s the difference here?
Nice video man! I was going through my footage from this one and unfortunately my scope cam footage got corrupted during that first attack and defend game, so I lost all of the footage of my shooting you through windows 🤦♂️ I have to go through the gopro footage to see if I can zoom any of it to be salvageable.

It's awesome seeing how well our entire attacking team worked together. It really shows how a few strong leaders can motivate the team and really make the difference between winning and losing.
I agree. I do think we lucked out slightly too. The white house fell far faster than normal

I have. I enjoyed all of them. My biggest issue is that my optics wash out in any kind of daylight which most are. Butci love the maps themselves
