با سلام میشه خواهش کنم مقدار مواد رو هم بگذارید چندین بار نگاه کردم اما متوجه مقدار مواد نشدم
@@mr.00020 تخم مرغ ۱ عدد کامل ا پنس نمک وانیل ۱/۲ق چ شکر ۵۰ گرم خوب بهم بزنید و بعد ۳۵ گرم آرد رو اضافه کنید و بعد ۲۰۰ گرم تخمه آفتابگردان خام اضافه کنید از مواد به اندازه یه قاشق غذاخوری بردارید و توی سینی فر بریزید با فاصله در فر ۱۸۰ درجه بمدت ۲۰ دقیقه بپزید
