I know! I know!! I just saw it this Sunday.

I actually thought the word you would select would be power. As you were reading the scripture I wrote down 2 words: the first one was “dwell” the second one was “power”. It is most likely in my mind due to the sermon series you have been preaching. Both my sister (who has my mom living with her) and I truly feel as though only through the “power” we are given through the Holy Spirit within us could we manage my mom’s daily care. She experiences it more days than me. My other sister completely agrees that is truly the only way. I have also been diving into the word “abide”which to me seems connected to “dwell”. Perhaps that is why that word stood out to me as well.

Seems like a very simple song yet a deeply connecting message.

I totally know this song and artist! I truly loved listening to that CD and that song in particular did strike me to deep thought. I got the pleasure of seeing Sara Groves in concert at the “Cup of Joy” coffee house in Green Bay several years ago.

Thank you! Yes-I get so frustrated at those who take advantage of the elderly. I especially get angry at calls where they scam them. Additionally; I am not necessarily pleased with the care (lack of) at Assisted Living places. Blessings to you and your sister as you navigate care for your mom.

My thoughts on the afterlife are infused with love for all! We might not recognize each other as Grandma, Grandpa, Dad, etc. instead we see everyone as love. I do not picture us sitting on clouds and playing the harp; though I love harp music. Oh but there will be music so maybe some will play music. I agree we will have tasks. I invision the tasks will be aligned with our gifts and talents.

I also think focus should also come back to value in what is made and grown vs just the coin in our pockets. The value of the harvest and work are as important as the coin. It would be great if we could host gardening classes, focus groups, and bring our area back to a sufficiency to feed us without worry of the globalization that is proving to be too volatile. Food is also now a political weapon much like it was all throughout history. If the oligarchy can't control our food or water, it becomes much harder for that evil to control our lives.

Great episode Pastor Chris. I'd like to add that churches need to really start looking at Cryptocurrencies and learning how they work so when the fiat currencies fail due to the evil taking place, houses of worship can switch over easily and be ready instead of being behind.

I have always loved “A Charlie Brown Christmas “ I should own it on DVD as we cannot find it on regular TV. One thing that was brought to my attention; during the movie when Linus recites the line “fear not…” he drops his security blanket. Of course I might have seen that before but wanted to see it after I read about it. I might have to order the movie to have in our inventory. Merry Christmas

I believe I will do everything I can to protect my community against the wicked until it is my time to go home. I will not believe in the end of times until the trumpets sound, but even then... I will not stop protecting those that I love. I want to be judged knowing I didn't stop trying to protect, preserve, and live.
