Can you run all pf your fiber lasers at the samw time off of the one computer? Or is it only one at a time?

They are nice toys for business but too expensive for hobby. I told my son that if he can do laser engraving business then I can give him 10k to start, but he doesn't know how to get started. I like the xTool F1 Ultra, but 4k for hobby is too much.

Convex side up is the way lenses are designed . Sadly, they are designed for transmitting images and not for intensifying laser beams. The "correct way" is a myth. Yes, it works but there is so much more to understanding how lenses work. See this two part video ua-cam.com/video/7N8Th1-IF4s/v-deo.html The wrong way will often improve cutting.

Just for safety how do you know that the water went through the tube I couldn't see mine it was so fast lol

Thanks for the video! Not much for videos out there yet. Just received ours and I'm anxious to use it. Trying to get drivers now for as soon as I inserted the USB drive that they provided my antivirus blocked it and found Win32.Begseabug.A attached to the j8.exe and ExCad2.exe. I don't care too much about the EzCad but do need to get the drivers. OMTech site not working for downloads and have not heard back from Support yet :( . We also recently got the 100W 24x40 CO2 and so far, Love it!

They are so expensive thinking about the limited range of appliance. If you do not have large batch orders for engraving constantly you are done. Engraving custom gifts and things like that is not gonna make you any profit.

Hi, can my omtech 60watts cutt stainless steel

Hi Josh, I use a 3mm birchwood on top of my honeycomb work bed. I then do my engraving material on top. What adjustments do I need to make in Lightburn? I have changed the Z focus to 14 to compensate for the 3mm. Is that correct? Also do you have power settings luck with the metallic leatherette patches? I am going to order some sheets to do material tests. Thanks. I use a polar 350

How long did it take to engrave that one patch? I have the 50W and I’m still learning how to use it. It took me about anywhere from 10 to 12 minutes to engrave 2x2 inch veg tan parch. My Settings were 300 speed and 14% power. How long does it take you to engrave up to 20 patches in one go? Thanks. Love the videos 🙌🏼

Awesome video 👍 Have a similar setup but 4" to 8" fan. Do you clean the laser source enclosures often with the CNC right there? I'm sure you don't run any of the galvo machines while you run the CNC so it's no problem.

Another good option would be to use the 8" vent fan... moves almost 2x as much air as the 6"

We just received our first K40+ Omtech laser and your videos were recommended by the laser-guys website. I'm just slightly confused by this product you are demoing. So is the laser essentially curing the paint as opposed to engraving the SS itself? Either way, I like the results. Thanks

The most important thing has been forgotten, never touch ZNSE with your fingers.

Y connectors at the drops to fiber lasers vs the T-connectors would have also really helped to increase airflow. Thanks for the inspiration though.

Check out sarbar multimedia on lens. You don't always want to put the lens the "correct" way up.

Nice. I just got mine a couple days ago. same machine. but I ended up getting a refurbished one. saved 2k on it. My first laser. So now just trying to figure it out. got lightburn but it's all new to me.
