There is a lot of unnecessary movement in your throw. Looks like as you draw your dart back, you also move your body forward… you need to be more stable when throwing. Maybe try standing more side on than face on to the board… the less movement you have, the easier it is to replicate the throw, the more consistent the throw will be… good luck

@@TheDartsDoughnut may not feel right to you, but it will stop you being able to move your hip on your throw… which should stop your upper body moving forward.. like the other guy said, look up some videos on stablising yourself.
