I have spark getting gas simple crank no start not sure of issue 1990 sunbird stinger 2.3 ford cobra out drive
Just clean the carburetor put some fresh gas in it check for Vacuum leaks
Having the same issue with my OMC Seville, i just replaced the coil, will check the condenser and contacts tomorrow, Same thing, boat didn't run in 6 years. So many issues if you let it be
Did you have to pull the exhaust to remove the valve from the car?
I just got the same one. And everytime I try starting it It makes a starting noise but won't turn over I think I have a bad Relay Could this be my issue why it isn't starting?
I just got that code, but it doesn't stay permamnently...I changed that valve in 2019, so it should not die on me yet...I use a code reader t delete the check engine light when it pops up, because I can't have any fault lights on the dash...drives me crazy...Thank you for the video and for sahring your experience!

@@ksunofficial there were multiple issues with my tdi, ended up deleting dpf, egr, that flap, and all of the sensors on exhaust. Runs way better than when it had all that emissions crap.
@@hayzeproductions7093 thanks for the reply my brother I got some questions regarding that delete are you able to share with me exactly how it was done. Also how was the fuel mileage since the delete. Are you getting better mpg or worse mpg.

I bought my on ebay this it was 40$ and it came with new plug and air filter .
I have a brand new 2021 90cc but it won’t start, it started when I first bought it but hasn’t since, I have no clue how to take the seat out n check the battery, I’m trying to charge it, how can I take the seat out ?
Latch on the back the holds the seat down . Look underneath and fallow the cable to a pull pin . Even with a dead battery you still should be able to kick start it
same thing happened to me i kept trying to run it for a few days before it ran again

Check if u have good ground and power going to the tech from ignition, if all of that is good then it's your charging coil that is located on lower balancer to gage the speed of the crank
I have an 04 same quad. 4 stroke same issue, idles then bogs when throttled. Changed the carb runs fine for two minutes then shuts off. FRUSTRATING 😖
If u have spark arrest on your muffler try and remove it and clean it , I did the same thing and turned out that my fine steel mesh in my muffler was so dirty from oil and fewms that it was causing back pressure in the engine and for that reason it would not run on high RPM.

The problem is the airbox is not connected I had the exact same issue on mine on these smaller two-stroke 90s the airbox Hass to be connected or it will bog I had the same issue on three of these 90 two strokes
Theres a air screw that goes to a jet I drilled the jet bigher air screw is 2½ turns out now it runs more power with a cone filter air box Boggs it down

Yes the air box is the problem, Mr John is correct. Either its stopped up are getting to much air , a new filter and a little Turning on the carb will fix the problem
hey, i have the same atv and i can drive for a bit and then it just dies out and sometimes backfire so i see flame out of the exhaust, and when i test the plug it gives spark, do you know what could be wrong?
It's sounds like your atv is running to rich on gas. Thus causing the backfire. Have you change ore cleaned the carb ?

You could have easily just checked the resistance on the coil primaries & secondary windings without having to go to all that hassle. Plus. Ground the coil for long periods of time will short out the coil. It’s designed to be grounded for only milliseconds at a time. The points & cond, cap & rotor should all be replaced every so often. If they are badly pitted or burned, replace them. The rotors will develop laser sized pin holes & cause the spark path to short onto the distributor shaft. Dist caps will develop spark scatter as well. Lastly. The point gap is roughly .018 thousandsths. And the dwell should be about 30 degrees on a V8. Other engines have different dwell specs. Also. Once the Rhine is running, you should check your base timing & total advance up to 4000 rpm as well. That’s important for power.

Dennis Kushnar yes I do. Now my next step is to change the spark plugs and wires? And when I do that, do you know what’s the gap for the spark plugs? Also I know this is a dumb question but, do I need to gap the point when I replace it? Thank you for your time
@@ElGordo_831 I believe is . 03 and wires you don't do anything on them , make use they fit tight on the plugs , bend the points if needed . Make sure your timing is right too #1 plug wire to #1cylinder and so on .

What if the new coil won't send a spark to the distributor cap?
Check you could pack , if it's new ore good , then check the wires going to ground batter and starter .
