Happened to me also with other boards, a little trick is to warm up the cpu before and wiggle the cooler a bit to release it from cpu.... Its a issue with thermal paste ...

Its normal for AMD processors to come off like that. You need to heat the processor using cinebench R23 or some other stress test. Its due to the design of the processor itself

Its not the motherboard u need to slowly twist the cooler and while doing it slowly pull its common in all am4 mbs
