yeah dude, that's the most logical conclusion, right? YOU live in the USA, but because this video is in Australia, you need to build your shed in Australia, even though you live in the USA. Are you freaking out of your god damn mind, dude? Holy freaking shit, dude. Are you in drugs man? Ok, sorry for that. I just needed to say it. Have a great day.
When it come to the final cost of your newly built shed, as a general rule take whatever price the shed company quotes you for a shed kit and then double it, to allow for earthworks, concrete slab, erection of the kit, and electrical. There are obviously many variables (eg, water tanks, council permits, if you build it yourself, if you dont get a concrete slab etc) but if you don't do any of the work yourself and have a concrete slab doubling the kit price generally gets you pretty close to the final price.
This is very helpful. Wish more companies did this
