I'm still getting sleep anxiety and anxiety and UTI! Unfortunately my mireena coil misplaced ni had a scan 8 mths ago , I'm still awaiting for a removal under sedation and for it to replaced. I'm also taking oestragel, and to take utrogestan 1 at night for my sleep anxiety! I'm to scared to take it by mouth as I've heard horror stories 😮 So I use it vaginally, but I havent told the dr I'm using it this way as she said to me you cant use it that way!❤
