I have seen some plants in a field that is about to tassel and silks are visible, but the stalk is broken off just above where the ear will be. Will that plant produce anything?
Doubt it.
@@dennisthiessen662 well I guess we’re going to find out because we have 30-40 acres of it. I’d say 10-15 percent broke off.

No idea how to get seed to Nigeria. But this is typically planted 32000 plants per acre which is roughly a plant every 8 inches.
