Balls are the one at the end of horseshoe. You can not buy with this size balls so i make these. Big balls give you and your partner pleasure during penetration.

Yes it is perfectly fine for the guy to get the navel pierced, I pierced few hundreds of guys. Yes you can both at the same time or one at a time. The pain on the scale from 1 to 10 is only 4 so you can handle it without any problem. Good luck.

Josh, if you had a healed piercing before the surgery then your nipples are still open you can just taper them with the 16g and it will work. If no taper then use 16g jewelry to reopen them, remember piercing does not close they gets clog from the body discharge like a yellow stuff and you just have to remove the clog. It is like a ear piercing once you have them healed then take out for months and then you put it back by just pushing the earring, but you don't get your ear repierce, It is the same thing. You can use the 16g taper which is only for few dollars, First take a hot shower and it will open your pores and now lube your nipple with Vaseline first and then trying pushing the taper, It will go easily and now you can put the jewelry behind the taper to insert, Remember you have to start with 16g first and wait two weeks then you can put your piercing gauge 14 back into the piercing.
