MK 11 my fave MK combat. MK deception and Armageddon 2 of my overall fave MK games. The ending to Armageddon made me hyped for MK 9, but MK 9 being a reboot was not what I originally wanted. I wanted dead characters to stay dead and start to rebuild the world with completely new characters after Armageddon. However MK 9 did a great job at doing a cinematic complete version of the first 3 games finally giving the original stories the presentation they deserved removing any need for another MK movie to ever be made... to bad the new movies happened/happen. Completely irrelevant to make any Mortal Kombat movies. Mortal Kombat X still had the dark edge of the past but story and gameplay was disappointing. MK 11 story was much better but MK 1 just made everything meh, like who cares vibes for me. Again makes me annoyed that my dream for MK 9 never happened.
