Wow!!! Thank you very much. After a long suffer your video was the solution. I can also add that the reset step of microsoft store was not available for me (don't know why :))However, the third step with adding feature then restarting PC was enough. Thanks again

Thanks for the video, Fixed the issue of crashing. facing another issue; Sending messages is fine but, I can't send any media (pictures/ videos/ voice notes/ document files) tried to find a solution but no luck. Please help if you can. Thanks again
