New deck for the gooseneck part 1
The deck of the gooseneck trailer is pretty rotten. In fact, a tractor I was hauling broke through a couple of the boards! Not very safe! This video is about prepping the new boards that will become the new deck. Thanks for watching!

4th of July and how we got there

The grass is growing and it is time to put the calves outside for the summer. Only problem is that Kris says that they need a shelter to protect them out there. I just happen to have a bunch of lumber that I'm not using anywhere else, SOOOO..... Here I go building a shelter for the calves!

It has been a little while since I started on the New Holland manure spreader by installing a new conveyer web and fixing up the PTO shaft. When one of the drive sprockets for the web broke, I put it aside for awhile. Well, spring is coming and I'm gonna need that thing so I better get to finishing it up!

OK. I may or may not have picked up a 3 bottom Massy Ferguson roll over plow a few weeks ago at a consignment auction. Let's just say I did but it did not have coulters and since I plan to use it to plow sod so I don't leave dead furrows...I need coulters!

I was going to try to keep it a secret a little longer, but Kris let the cat out of the bag. I bought a "new" combine and this is us going to pick it up and drive it home from Tiffin. It's 54 miles to Spencer. Ten miles per hour. That is all.
