Hey, y'all! My name's Alida and I suffer from multiple chronic illnesses [[Gastroparesis, EDS, POTS, Dysautonomia]] and mental health issues, but I want to use my situation to spread awareness and hopefully help some people along the way! I'm planning on posting mostly vlogs, but will sprinkle some random videos in there too!
