I don't like a lot of Chinese films, but I liked this one. Iron Monkey. Crouching Tiger. Hero. Kung Fu Hustle. Fist of Legend. Red Cliff. The Killer. Everything Everywhere All at Once. The Warrior (Musa).

I'm glad you like it. I was unlucky enough to see it in the theatre. Some people left to get refunds and see another movie. I kept thinking it would get better, but it never did. Gene Hackman is pretty much just a cameo in it. Great cast. Dennis Quaid was outdone by Val Kilmer, but I wouldn't find that out for a decade since I wouldn't watch any movie about the Earps because of this boring slog. My wife convinced me a decade later to watch Tombstone. Val Kilmer and Michael Biehn stole the show. Sam Elliott always good. It was a more focused film. Music was good, but Wyatt Earp's is better. The only thing it got right.

Watched the movie for the first time last year for remaking this video. I really enjoyed it.

I like Waterworld better. It's a movie I regretted going to see. I closed my eyes and listened to the music. Same with Wyatt Earp.

Open Range was good. Dances With Wolves. 👍Oh and Silverado!

@@tysonsosts5097 You should have opened your eyes. They were all well written, acted and edited movies - with excellent cinematography from Dean Semler, Owen Roizman, and Stephen Windon respectively. You succumbed to the mid 90s media smear campaign against Costner. Yes you did, Tyson. Yes. You. Did.

@@Geronimo_Jehoshaphat Nope. Don't read, watch or listen to the news. Don't follow politics. Didn't know about any smear campain. Don't follow actors lives. Not into idolitry. Lawrence Kasden is a good writer, but Wyatt Earp is not entertaining. Boring yes. It took me a decade to give Tombstone a chance because of it. Tombstone was entertaining, better acted, better perfomances on every level and better edited. Wyatt Earp had the better music. Wyatt Earp was a bomb. Word of mouth killed it. No one in my theatre liked it. Didn't do well on VHS or DVD. For me Open Range was his come back western. Like I said LOVE Waterworld. The Postman has all the same problems as Wyatt Earp. Dances with Wolves on the other hand. Awesome. Field of Dreams too. The Wizard of Oz is an amazing movie. It was a bomb too. It took 30 years to turn a profit. Wyatt Earp will never turn a profit. 2001 in it's 1st year was a bomb. It took 3 years to turn a profit. I hate that movie with every fibre of my being. The Richard Strauss bit genius. The beginning of the 3rd act with HAL 9000 great. But the rest of the movie. Ugggg. What a slog. Waterworld with all it's problems still turned a profit in the end and I even liked the Director's cut more. You're kind of an ass to tell a stranger who they are and why they don't like something. A movie can be technically well made, but if it's not entertaining it doesn't matter. Names don't matter. Success is measured by profitability. One of my favourite movies is Dark City, but most people don't agree. I also love Lady In The Water. Yet I hate The Sixth Sense.
