This channel is Aircraft Video's, taken at different airports from 1993 onwards. All of the video's were filmed using a Sharp Camcorder, and put onto VHS tape. I am now in the process of having the VHS digitally converted to USB.
My home airport is Manchester ( UK ), so a large proportion of the video's are from here. I also have lots of Heathrow, Gatwick, Larnaca, Fairford, plus a small amount of Birmingham, Liverpool, Stansted, Biggin Hill and Paris CDG and ORY.
Eventually, I plan to upload in the region of 350 video's, ranging from 1993 to 2004.
I will also add new current videos from various airports.
Please subscribe if you like these video's, and want to see more.

Manchester Airport aircraft 1990's: Series 5, Part 21
I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport, on 01st December 1999. My highlights are the Delta MD-11, and the Egypt Air A321, as this was rare in Manchester at that time, most likely operating a Hadj flight, or something similar.

I filmed this video at the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport, on various dates in September and November 1999. My highlights are the Aviaco MD-88, as both the airline and aircraft type were rare in Manchester at that point, and the Singapore B744 in the Tropical Megatop colours.

I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport on 11th September 1999. My highlights are the Condor B763, which was a fuel stop on a service to Frankfurt, and the Continental B772, which had only moved from a DC-10 to a B772 earlier that week. This was the first Continental B772 that I had seen in Manchester.

I filmed this video at the LAA Rally at Leicester Airfield, on 31st August 2024. This was a fantastic day. I logged a total of 325 aircraft, of which 92 where new sightings for me, so very pleased with that. As per my last video, I would like to thank the organisers of the event for such a great weekend, and allowing such great airside access. I really love vintage light aircraft, so my highlig...

This is a video highlighting a selection of arrivals on the first day of the LAA Rally. The weather was almost perfect, and 351 aircraft were logged, so a very good day. I would like to thank the organisers of the event for a fantastic weekend, and I hope the event is at Leicester again in 2025.

I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport, on 11th September 1999, on a cold and miserable day. My highlights are the Air Malta B732 and the American Trans Air Tristar.

I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport on 26th July and 28th August 1999. My highlights are the Air Europa B733, and the Airtours A332. I had forgotten how much I liked the Airtours livery on an A332. It looked very smart indeed.

I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport, on 05th June 1999. My highlights are the 3 x Tristars, operating for Caledonian and Air Scandic. Unfortunately the days of Long Haul aircraft on charter flights to the Med are long gone.

I filmed this video from the Runway Viewing Park at Manchester Airport, on 26th May 1999. This was a very busy day at Manchester, with thousands of Manchester United fans making their way to Barcelona for the Champions League Final. My highlights are the Armenia Tu-154, and the British Airways Concorde, neither or which were football charters.

I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport, on 25th May 1999. As per my previous video, this was a very interesting day, with lots of aircraft departing Manchester to Barcelona for the Champions League Final. My highlight in this video is the Corsair B743, which was also a football charter. I still really miss not seeing B747's at Manchester.

I filmed this video from the Runway Visitor Park, at Manchester Airport, on 25th May 1999. This was the day before the Champions League Final in Barcelona, with lots of Manchester United fans flying out. My highlights are the Malaysia B772, which had just started a 3 x weekly flight to Kuala Lumpar, via Munich, and the Armenia Tu-154, which had brought in refugees from Kosovo. This was a very r...

I filmed this video from Mackenzie Beach, at Larnaca Airport during September 1998. Unfortunately, this is my last video from Larnaca. There are so many aircraft that I could pick as a highlight, so I am going to go for the Odessa Airlines Yak-40, which was incredibly rare, and the Cyprus Airways A310, as this was our transport from and to Manchester.

Air fors😍
Have got any BHX ones
9V-SPL is still active with Atlas Air
Love all these videos, can't get enough keep them coming! MAH.
Fantastic videos again. Thank you.
Used to get das air cargo at manston
I used to visit Heathrow in the 80's and 90's to watch the planes with my late Father. I remember JAT, Iberia, Lufthansa and all the others so well, especially the B727's, the B737's, Airbus' and so on as I stood above Terminal 2 in the area called 'Queens Building'. It was an excellent location to watch the planes and so close to the planes that you could watch the passengers walk down onto and off the planes. The times I would meet family, friends and so on and you could literally wave to them as they arrived or departed. Great days and great video!
Did the Dassault Mercure influence any aspects of the Airbus planes? Or the Dassault Galion?
Bellevideohenri🎉🎉🎉
Bellevideohenri😂😂😂
What a nice break from supersonic jets! 😁
Wow!!!! You were so lucky to catch diffrent times and diffrent aircraft on those days. I think it received more more divers airlines than Heathrow.
@geaircraftvideos938 Do you bar chance have any of Cyprus Airways 310's? Thanks, MAH.
I flew on that Lockheed tri star Caledonian airways to Malta in 1995 with family remember how big it was
@louisewalsh6797, thank you for your comment. I only got to fly on a Tristar once, and agree, it was huge inside. Far bigger than I thought it would be. More fun than flying on an A320 or B737.
I always going to Manchester airport viewing park when I was small watching all airlines 747s sad 😢 it has gone
@AndrewGrant-Salmon, thank you for your comment. I also really miss not seeing the B747 at the viewing park. It was always one of my highlights. Back in the 90's you could see 8 or 9 in one day if you were lucky.
Great footage as usual, especially in the cold, dark WX. Thanks again for all your videos, MAH.
@mark747captain, thank you for your feedback. I should be able to post videos a bit more regularly in the winter, when I have more spare time.
@@geaircraftvideos938 Great to hear!
Je viens de tomber sur cette vidéo, cela m'a fait rappeler de très bons souvenirs et aussi à mon défunt père qui a travaillé sur les pistes du T1 de 1976 à 2001
We flew from Gatwick to Sanford Florida in early 1990s on an unknown charter flight. I believe the aircraft was possibly ex US military with seats facing towards the tail. The livery was holiday style including palm trees. Anyone any ideas.
Fantastic stuff again @ GE Aircraft Videos!
Great video and real time sound! Thanks for not spoiling it with the dreaded music. Hey, what's happening with the 1-11's nose gear? Looks like it partly retracts during landing.
4:45 Boeing 747 - 412 : 9V - SME Singapore Airlines ( 1989 - 2004 ) TF - AMB Iberia Air ( 2004 - 2005 ) B - LFB Oasis Hongkong ( 2006 - 2007 ) PK - LHG Lion Air ( 2009 - 2019 )
Another superb Video
Awesome caption, it takes me back in the 1990’s… How come engine #2 of the DC10 of AOM was on revers mode while taxiing in??
@blakelockridge6145, thank you for your comment. I am pleased that you enjoyed the video. I hadn't noticed the engine on the AOM DC-10. That is a very good question.
Lot of good stuff back then
@ohareplanespotting, thank you for your comment. There was plenty of variety and interesting stuff back in the 90's. Especially the Tu-154, B747, DC-10, L.1011 etc.
5.02 That Flying Colours looks more like an A320 to me, not a B757
@martindehavilland-fox3175, thank you for your comment. You are correct, it is an A320. My logs for that day must have got mixed up. I didn't notice when I was editing, as I forgot they operated A320's.
Omg Ghana Airways Rip
I remember coming to this park when I was a kid before they built the second runway, epic times! I also remember the shop aswell! Memories! Thank you for uploading these classics!
Piling on the nostaliga. I just loved flying the Cyprus Airways A310.
This was the year I met my now wife in Paphos. I've been going to PFO since I was 11 (now 48) and been there 36 times. The first time we went PFO was actually not open and we had to go with Cyprus on their A310 to Larnaca and then get a taxi through the Troodos mountains as there was no motorway back then it took a further 2 hours on top of a 4.5 hour flight! Brings back wonderful memories both man and boy, thanyou so much. I met her there, got engaged to her there and finally married there by the Mayor of Paphos in the Towm Hall, not all in the same holiday I might add and it truely was a holiday romance as she lived 300 miles from me.
I miss tri-jets… seeing MD-11’s/DC-10’s growing up were the highlights of my planespotting childhood
The good old days wonderful old aircraft
Flew on that very TriStar to Cyprus in 99 after our Airtours 757 went tech! Never forget that day as a 10 year old plane lover! Brilliant video as per usual 😁
J’aimerais bien voir les avions d’air algerie si vous avez 🥰
Love seeing the old tri jets 😉👍🏻
1999 Manchester airport old planes
another great vid ..thanks again

Sounds like an aircraft having an engine run test in the background from 08:10 to about 09:49 when you can hear it winding down?
@aidengillag, thank you for your comment. You are correct, their is an aircraft doing an engine run in the test bay. On my previous, you can see an Air 2000 A320 on tow, that is lined up with the test bay, so I presume that is what it is.
Why was the Mosquito at Heathrow? Also very sad to hear that lives were lost when it crashed…
Wonderful VC10! Today all the aircraft diversity has mostly been lost, replaced by 737 MAXs, A320s, 787s and all the modern ones. Tyere’s something charmingly different and wonderful about a classic jet,
not going to jump on the bandwagon about wanting the US carriers back (would be nice) but East is looking bright for MAN
@leedavies4589, our offering from MAN - USA is rather poor at the moment. I personally hope that both EUK and VS expand over the next few years. It was fantastic news yesterday regarding China Eastern yesterday. I hope it is officially announced soon, although the timings need amending slightly. For me, is takes off an hour too late, so needs to land an MAN at 06:30, and currently lands in PVG at 03:45 which is way too early. It if departed at 12:00, it would land at 06:45, which is about right for their bank of departures for onward connections. Anyway, I hope that the route is a success, and increases in frequency soon.
Delta and AA MD-11s were stunning
I also loved the AA and DL MD-11's. Fantastic aircraft.
keep them coming mate love these
@leedavies4589, thank you for your comment. I am pleased that you enjoy my videos. I will upload the next one, next Thursday or Friday. This one will be Manchester again.
Do you have a video of the 14th March 1999? When Concorde came in for a Mother's Day event, I was there but I was only 5 and I'd love to see footage.
@tonifairhurst9427, thank you for your comment. Unfortunately I wasn't there on 14th March. I was there a few days before and after. Sorry about that.
For me… Those Airbus A310s were just the best planes in the past! :D
For me… (Airbus A310-300 vs. Boeing 707-320B) (Airbus A310-200 vs. Boeing 707 family) (Airbus CC-150 VS Boeing KC-135)
And I love the Airbus A310s from the past! ;D
@zamorajohana, thank you for your comment. The A310 was a fantastic aircraft. I got to fly on one 4 times between MAN - LCA with Cyprus Airways.
Some of the best days of my life were spent in the Cabbage Patch at BHX some 34 years ago. Thanks for the memories!
@mark747captain, thank you for your comment. I am pleased that you enjoyed by BHX video. It was a fantastic day.
Great!
@kike41393, thank you for your comment.
The IL-86 is the star of this video
@morfeasrellas3561, thank you for your comment. The IL-86 was always a highlight on our many trips to LHR. The sound of those engines starting up was fantastic.
Again a nice Video. It seems, the SAS D-9 took a very long time for a take-off.
British Midland was a fantastic livery.
